LUMBO PELVIC
HIP COMPLEX

The LPHC has between 29 and 35 muscles that attach to the lumbar spine or pelvis.

The LPHC is directly associated with both the lower extremities and upper extremities of the body. Because of this, the dysfunction of both the lower extremities and upper extremities can lead to dysfunction of the LPHC and vice versa.

OUR SERVICES

At OPOM LIFE we develop your corrective exercise programme by starting with a detailed analysis of the physical arrangement of your body. This analysis will help to determine any imbalances or deficits that could be affecting your performance and quality of life.

After this analysis is concluded, a very specific corrective exercise and flexibility program are then developed to help correct your body's structure and bring it back to its normal state.

Corrective exercises are constructed to make positive changes in the way a body moves and by focusing on the underlying cause of the pain.

After all, the best way to eliminate pain is by eliminating the root cause.
